For the People Action Weekend

After record turnout in last year’s election, more than 400 voter suppression bills have been introduced at the state level — many targeting Black and Brown voters in states like Texas, Georgia, and (you guessed it!) North Carolina. That's why CJJ is teaming up with the Unitarian Universalist Justice Ministry of North Carolina for a weekend of action July 30-Aug. 1 to pass the For the People Act!

During two dedicated action hours, we will gather as a community to learn more about the For the People Act, and then take action together while we’re online to help propel the passage of this critical bill.
