Planned Parenthood legislative champions Rep. Julie von Haefen and Sen. Natasha Marcus are introducing a pro-active abortion bill entitled RBG Act - Remove Barriers / Gain Access to Abortion Act. This bill removes all of the medically unnecessary barriers to access abortion care (including the 72 hour waiting period and biased counseling script), while also codifying Roe and eliminating the 20 week ban.

They're hosting a press conference inside the NCGA next Wed. March 22nd at 12pm. The presser will probably only be about 30 minutes - let us know via email if you plan to stop by!
