Equality NC Advocacy Day
CJJ members have been invited to this community event by Equality NC. This event is not hosted by CJJ.
On March 29, we will be working with partners and advocates to bring LGBTQ+ folks and allies to the North Carolina General Assembly for a full day of advocacy. We will be scheduling meetings with State Representatives and Senators to advocate against anti-LGBTQ bills and sharing our stories.

ENC does have some limited resources to support travel for those who may need it and we have the ability to support Trans and GNC folks through a separate fund given to by an amazing funder! If you will need some support, please let us know.
ENC will be hosting 2 Advocacy Day Trainings. One on Tuesday March 21st at 6pm and another on Wednesday March 22nd, at 7pm, for all volunteers. For those who can not join either of the calls we will send them a recording of the training and we will also have a short recap of the training during the breakfast on Advocacy Day. Everyone who registers with us to be there on the 29th, will get the link to the training.
