CJJ-Durham/OC Racial Justice Study Group Kick-Off

Members of our Durham/Orange County Chapter are invited (and encouraged!) to join us for a kick off of our new Racial Justice Study Group! Together, we will explore a variety of articles, books, documentaries, and other resources to spark conversation, deepen our learning, and strengthen our integration of racial justice as a central component of all of our work. Please join us if you are looking for a supportive and affirming space to explore race through a Jewish lens. This space recognizes that we are all teachers and students; leadership and facilitation will be shared among all participants.

This effort is being coordinated by white Jewish folks who follow the leadership and work of Black organizers and educators. We welcome multi-racial participation, and respect that Black and non-Black People of Color may choose to engage at whatever level they choose.
