CJJ-Charlotte Chapter Meeting

Please join us for our first chapter meeting of the year! Two special guests will be joining us: Ryan Carter (Habitat for Humanity) and Ted Fillette (former lead attorney for Legal Aid and tireless affordable housing advocate in Charlotte). Together, we'll have an informative and engaging discussion on Habitat's SOID initiative, which aims to amend Charlotte's Fair Housing Ordinance so that it includes source of income as an essential factor. Ted will also update us on the Lake Arbor situation and ways for CJJ to be involved in ongoing advocacy efforts.
