Join us at the Charlotte Women's March!

CJJ-Charlotte is marching with the Charlotte Federation’s JCRC (Jewish Community Relations Council), Stan Greenspon Center for Peace & Social Justice, Sisterhood of Salaam Shalom (an organization that brings Jewish and Muslim women together to build bridges and fight hate), and Temple Beth El at the 2020 Charlotte Women's March.

Please join us as we gather to strengthen relationships and raise awareness around increased antisemitism, Islamophobia, and other forms of hate targeting our collective community. 

• 10:15 am: Join our Shabbat Morning Prayer Experience led by Rabbi Judy Schindler, followed by reflections of peace shared by local Jewish and Muslim leaders.
• 10:30am-2:00pm: Visit our joint sponsored “Jewish and Muslim Women Standing Together” tables. We will have information and activities to deepen understanding of our respective cultures and best practices for addressing hate.
• 11:00am: The Charlotte Women’s March speakers’ forum
• 12:30pm: United Women's March kicks off
