D/OC Bagels and Action Hour: Medicaid Expansion Advocacy

CJJ-D/OC learned all about the Medicaid expansion Valentine's Day Postcard Campaign and Advocacy at our end of year event. We will return to bagels and action hour on Sunday, January 29th from 12p-2p at the Durham Co-op Market. We will send Valentines theme postcards to lawmakers and ask them to "Love Thy Neighbors" by affording them access to healthcare coverage. 

This event will not be the last way to get involved with the campaign. Keep an eye on the CJJ calendar for upcoming opportunities to call lawmakers asking them to expand Medicaid, and participate in virtual and in-person legislative meetings with lawmakers.
