Tisha B'av 5780
Tisha B’av is traditionally a day of fasting and mourning that can lead to renewal and rebirth. In observation of this day we will incorporate current events into a traditional observance and examine collective grief. We will use movement, song, and meditation to examine our collective grief of this time and seek renewal.
